Harlem Township Trustees

Jerry Paul Jerry Paul

Jerry is in marine sales and has lived in Harlem Township most of his life. He has been a trustee since 1984 and was on the Zoning Board prior to becoming a trustee. He is a member of the Harlem Civic Association and the New Hope Bible Church in New Albany.

Jerry is married to wife Gayle, and has four grown children and four grandchildren.

Carl Richison Carl Richison

Carl is a commercial industrial electrician. He has lived in Harlem Township since 1999. He served on the Board of Zoning Appeals from 2005 to 2013. He is a member of The Harlem Heritage Committee.

Carl and his wife, Sue, have two sons who both serve their communities, one as a Deputy Sheriff and the other as a Fire Fighter/Paramedic, and are proud grandparents with one granddaughter and another grandchild on the way.

Dave Jackson David Jackson

Dave is a grain farmer and is a lifelong resident of Harlem Township. He has been a trustee since 1997 and previously served on the zoning board of appeals for several years.

Dave is currently a cooperating member of the Delaware County Soil Conservation Service and a member of the advisory board for ditch petitions. He is married to wife Belinda.

Township Clerk

Julie has been a Harlem Township Resident all her life. She was elected in 2015, took office April 1, 2016. Julie and her husband, Brad, are grain farmers. They have a daughter, Ava. Julie is a volunteer for the Hartford Fair and helps raise money for Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. She is a member of St Paul Lutheran Church.
