Chairman, Mike Kabler, called the January 22, 2018 monthly meeting to order at 7:35 p.m. Mr. Kabler asked for a roll call of members.

Mr. Kabler stated the Commission had received a request for a minor modification from Brad Moore. Mr. Kabler stated the Commission would discuss the matter after the hearing.

Mr. Kabler stated at this time the Commission would recess the monthly meeting until after the hearing was complete.

Mr. Kabler called the January 22, 2018 monthly meeting out of recess at 8:55 p.m. Mr. Kabler asked for a roll call of members.

Members Present: Tom Nied, Alan Czako, Mike Kabler, Joni Manson, Robin Lobenstein

At this time there were no members ofthe public present.

Mr. Nied stated it was his understanding that the Commission would be forwarding a clean copy of the text and exhibits to the Trustees upon the advice of Andrew King. Mr. Nied questioned if the Commission should also send a copy of the strike out version of the original text along with the clean copy so the Trustees would understand what the Commission had done.

Commission members discussed procedures and the comments from Andrew King. The Trustees will receive copies of all minutes from the Zoning Commission's hearings. These minutes will contain the comments from the public. The Trustees base their decision on the recommendation from the Zoning Commission and the Zoning Commission made their motion on the clean copy that had been presented by the applicant tonight.

The original proposal, along with a copy of the strike out language and a copy of the changes as recorded by the secretary will remain as a part of the Zoning Commission record. The secretary will maintain a copy of those.

Commission members agreed to review the minutes at the February 5, 2018 monthly meeting as there are several sets to be reviewed.

Mr. Kabler stated the Commission had received a copy of a minor modification from Keller Pines which will be presented and addressed at the February 5, 2018 monthly meeting.

Commission members discussed this would be an addendum to the Keller Pines Development Plan which was revised and dated December 14, 2015.

Mr. Kabler asked Commission members if there was anything further to come before the

Commission. Being nothing further at this time, Mr. Kabler adjourned the January 22, 2018 monthly meeting at 9:30 p.m.
