Chairman, Mike Kabler, called the March 5, 2018 monthly meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. Mr. Kabler asked for a roll call of members.

Members Present: Robin Lobenstein, Mike Kabler, Tom Nied

Members Absent: Joni Manson, Alan Czako

Alternate Present: Bill Needham

Secretary: Sherrie Steele

Zoning Inspector: Not Present

Public Present: Fred Kinimer, 404 Armorhu Drive, Gahanna, Ohio 43230

Mr. Kabler asked the member ofthe public if they had anything to submit to the Commission.

Fred Kinemer stated he was considering building a 4000 sq. ft. home on a property on Robins Road. Mr.

Kinemer stated his son had purchased the property with a double wide at the front of the property. The lot would be split so the home could be built at the rear of the property. Mr. Kinemer stated he had also looked at 8 acres off Red Bank by the reservoir. The 8 acres would be subdivided into FR-1 lots and two homes built. Commission members discussed the process of rezoning the property from AR-1 to FR-1.

Mr. Kabler stated there were no new applications at this time.

Mr. Kabler asked the secretary if she had anything to report. The secretary stated she had received

documents from Dale Fling and was informed the paperwork needed to be placed in the Keller Pines PRD

original paperwork.

The Commission reviewed the Zoning Inspectors report for permits issued from February 1, 2018 through

February 28, 2018. There were permits issued for 5 Single Family Residences, 2 Accessory buildings and 1

deck.

Mr. Kabler stated the Trustees postponed the hearing for the proposed storage units to March 27, 2018 at

7:00 p.m.

Commission members reviewed minutes for corrections and additions. The minutes ofthe February 2, 2018 monthly meeting were approved as corrected. The minutes ofthe February 12, 2018 workshop meeting were approved as corrected.

Commission members reviewed Draft 3 of Section 8.04 Conditional Use language change proposal.

Commission members made 2 changes to the formatting.

Commission members reviewed Draft 1 of Section 28.07 Board of Zoning Appeals proposed language changes. One typo was found and corrected.

The secretary will prepare corrected copies for review at the March 12, 2018 workshop meeting.

Mr. Nied stated he would like to get input from the Trustees on the proposed changes before continuing with the other sections of the code. Commission members discussed meeting with the Board of Zoning Appeals in regards to the proposed changes for feedback as well.

Mr. Kabler asked ifthere was anything further to come before the Commission. Being nothing further Mr.

Kabler adjourned the March 5, 2018 monthly meeting at 8:27 p.m.
