Commission members reviewed the minutes of the April 2, 2018 monthly meeting for corrections. There were not enough members present this evening to make a motion to approve the minutes. The minutes were tabled to the May monthly meeting.

Mr. Kabler stated he had no further updates regarding the Township website at this time. Mr. Kabler stated he was waiting to hear from Dale Fling and the Trustees and would keep the Commission updated.

Commission members discussed that members of the public had held a petition signing at Fracasso's Pizza to place the decision for the storage units on the ballot.

Mr. Nied stated he had attended the Board of Zoning Appeals meeting last month and had discussed with them the time frame regarding the Conditional Use permit granted to Homewood for the Dog Triage Center. Mr. Nied has asked Board members if the permit was null and void being that a year had passed since the permit was granted and there had not been any construction started on the property. Mr. Gloeckner was to check with Andrew King to see if the appeal had changed the date for the one year period. Mr. Nied will be attending the BZA meeting next Monday and will keep the Commission updated.

Commission members worked on proposed language changes to Article 7 for Conditional Use language.

Being nothing further to come before the Commission at this time the April 9, 2018 workshop meeting was adjourned at 9:01 p.m.

Respectfully submitted,
