Ms. Manson asked Mr. Trainer if he had anything to report to the Commission.
Mr. Trainer presented his copy of the Zoning Inspector Report dated June 4, 2018. There have been 46 permits issued to date in 2018. Thirteen permits have been issued since May 8, 2018. Seven permits have been issued for Single Family Residence, three accessory buildings, one swimming pool, one deck and one room addition with a deck.
Mr. Trainer stated in regards to enforcement he will pursue any violations he observes. A letter of violation has been issued for the property at 3669 State Route 605 for debris and vegetation. The Trustees have created a Resolution prohibiting the keeping or harboring of barking dogs. The property at 5881 Gorsuch Road has two unlicensed vehicles on the property. Mr. Trainer has talked with the owner who does not have interest in complying. The property at 5867 Gorsuch Road has a lot of junk on the property. Mr. Trainer is not sure if the property is occupied. Mr. Trainer had knocked on the door with no response. Mr. Trainer has asked the property owner to move the two unlicensed vehicles at 13306 Center Village Road. The property owner is to remove the vehicles in the next two weeks. Mr. Trainer has been in contact with the property owner regarding the corn-hole business at 13268 Center Village Road. Mr. Trainer has asked the owner to reduce the footprint.
Mr. Trainer had met with the Trustees at their meeting to discuss the Township website. Discussion was made regarding what information should be placed on the website. Agendas, minutes, applications, etc.
Commission members tabled the review of minutes as there were not enough members present this evening to approve the minutes.
Commission members discussed Draft 6 of the proposed language changes to Article VIII. The Board of Zoning Appeals had voiced concerns that they cannot consider future plans for public resources. Commission members will discuss this further at their June workshop meeting.
Commission members then looked at Article VII to prepare proposed language changes regarding Conditional uses. There were no concerns on pages 701 through 704. Commission members made proposed changes to Article 7.04d. Commission members will continue further work on proposed changes at their June 11, 2018 workshop meeting.
Ms. Manson asked if there was anything further to come before the Commission. Being nothing further at this time Ms. Manson adjourned the June 4, 2018 monthly meeting at 9:04 p.m.
